The Future Continuous or Future Progressive is used:
1. When we know that we will be in the middle of something at a particular time in the future.
At eight o’clock, I will be eating dinner.
2. To talk about things that are already planned.
I’ll be going shopping later, do you want anything?
Affirmative
The affirmative Future Continuous or Progressive is formed using the formula
Subject + will + be + verb + ing
George will be practicing the violin at 8:00 o’clock.
They will be eating lunch by then.
Negative
To form the negative future continuous:
Subject + will + not + be + verb + ing
She will not be playing tennis by the time you arrive.
He will not be watching the series when you arrive.
Interrogative
And the interrogative Future Continuous:
Will + Subject + be + verb + ing
Will you be eating lunch at 3 o’clock?
Will Jane be singing at the opera tonight?

In the case of Future Continuous Tense is is difficult to talk about any specific signal words which are used only with this tense. All the expressions which imply that we refer to a specific moment in the future can be seen as an indication that we should use this tense. Such expressions as: this time next week, this time tomorrow, at 5 p.m. tomorrow, tonight etc. can be used with Future Continuous Tense.
